When someone offers you a trade please respond to it within a reasonable time frame or at least let the person who offered it know if and why you're waiting to respond. I feel it's a simple courtesy. When you offer a trade and it sits there for days and you don't get a response it can be quite frustrating and make it seem like the other person hasn't even noticed that they've received an offer.
