"Ideas for 2011"

When are we going to vote on the new ideas for 2011 to see if they get a 100% league approval?

  1. Draft? Seems like a good time to me. Everyone's there. The one question up for debate shouldn't affect anyone's draft strategy.

  2. What is the one question up for debate?

  3. Changing interceptions for QBs from -1 point to -2 points.

  4. Are we going to talk about making assisted tackles count towards tackles for the weekly category?

  5. I think that's one of the other things to vote on.

  6. My memory is horrible, so I definitely could be wrong about this, but I thought that it was only for in-season changes that we needed a unanimous vote. I though pre & postseason stuff just needed a majority vote.

I don't think there are any decisions up for question that are important enough for it to really matter, but just thought I'd mention it.

  7. I seem to remember what Josh said, or some semblance of that.

  8. Well Pat's original "Ideas for 2011" post says:

"As things progress, if we have any actual proposed changes of significance, Josh, David and I will convene, discuss, and then put things to a vote, where all changes would require 100% approval from the entire league."

  9. Yeah, I know that's what Pat's post said, but I was thinking back to even before we started last season. I thought we said off season stuff went to majority vote, in season had to be unanimous.

    Again, no biggie either way.

Being in politics is like being a football coach. You have to be smart enough to understand the game, and dumb enough to think it's important.
